Today has been an interesting day to say the least. On my way home from work on my lunch break I saw this guy walking by my building, I didn't really think anything of it at first. But when I came around the corner by my apartment he had gone through the gate in to the park that my apartment is facing and he was standing there holding on to the gate just staring at me and watching me walk to my apartment. I thought it was a little creepy but I didn't say anything about it to Joe when I got inside. Joe left a few minutes later to get us lunch and when he got back he came running in to the apartment and threw our food on the table and ran in his closet to grab something and yelled to me that I might have to call the police for him. I thought that maybe he caught someone breaking in to a car or something but then he told me that there was a guy who was butt naked in front of our apartment "pleasuring" himself. If you look at the picture below I took it standing on the edge of my balcony and he was standing under the pine tree in the middle of the picture, that's how close he was to us:
Well Joe chased him through the park but he hopped over a wall and jumped in his car and got away before Joe could get him. We called the cops and they surprisingly got there pretty fast, unfortunately Joe couldn't see the guys license plate so that sucks. After talking to Joe we realized that it was the same guy that had been watching me on my way home, which is freaky. Joe thinks he found the guys car in the apartment complex behind us and the cops are going to check it out. But I can't believe this happened so close to us. We live in a nicer area of town (well if any of Casa Grande could be called nice) it is not something that you expect to happen. They scariest part to me is that not ten feet away from this guy I was home alone with Jonah and the front door wasn't locked. He could easily broken in and done something to us. Someone that does that in broad day light isn't "normal" by any means and is capable of doing anything. It really freaked us out and now I think Joe will have any easier time getting me to go to the gun range to practice shooting.
Another thing that happened today, right after I got back from my lunch break this guy came in our office to get info on an apartment and started asking me if we if we accepted people with criminal records. I told him it depends because we are a crime free community. Well he proceeded to tell me that he was arrested last month for domestic violence because he had gotten in a fight with his wife and she "fell" down the stairs. But he swears he didn't do it. Seriously wtf! Is that not the oldest excuse in the book. I can tell it is close to Halloween because the freaks are coming out!
I was going to complain about what a punk Jonah was tonight and how sick I am of saying the word NO and STOP all night long. But then he FINALLY fell asleep and looked so cute that I got over it (I am probably just PMSing anyways). But really I think I am going to try and go all day tomorrow with out saying those words to him. I will just have to find other things to distract him from messing with the computer, stereo, printer, TV, diaper champ, trash can, my purse, the cabinets, drawers, my food when I am trying to eat, etc.

look how sweet your baby looks. A couple no's and stop's is worth it to keep him from becoming our bratty sibblings. LOL
Oh wow...that is pretty scary about the guy outside your building. I had a similar experience in a grocery store parking lot when I was a teenager, and honestly, just thinking about it even now, over 10 years later, gives me chills.
Some people are just nasty. I mean, seriously, who would do something like that in a park? I don't think I know anyone sick enough to do that and I know some pretty crazy people...
