Disneyland

We had such a great time this past weekend at Disneyland. Jonah loved the rides and was such a good boy. He wasn't a fan of waiting in the lines but once he figured out that those lines got him on the rides he was a little better. We figured out the second day that if we gave him a frozen lemonade he would stand in line like a good boy and not try to get under the ropes and run away. Anyway here are a ton of pictures from the weekend:

Jonah on his first train ride around the park. He loved the train and about half way around the park we heard him going woohoo, imitating the train whistle.

Chillin with daddy.

Cutie Pie, with his new hair cut!

Taking it all in. He also loved the dinosaurs on the train ride, he saw the T-Rex and said WOW!

First ride was It's a Small World. Here he is with his pickle!

Totally captivated by the music and dolls dancing!

Inside Mickey Mouses house waiting to get a picture. He had so much fun exploring the house.

Pluto's doggie bowl!

Chickens!

Exploring!

Climbing, he was so ready for a nap by this point!

Jonah's favorite TV show is Mickey's Clubhouse so he was very excited to meet Mickey. I thought he would be scared when he saw him but he just ran right up to Mickey!

While we were waiting in line for the Haunted Mansion there were two cute teenage girls in front of us and Jonah was putting on a show for them. He was totally flirting with them the entire time we were in line. People kept walking by him saying how cute he was being. The kid was cracking me up, he LOVES girls. He fell asleep right after we came out of the elevator on the ride and slept for the next few hours.

On Flik's Flyers in California Adventure. He wasn't to thrilled with the toddler rides, he liked things with more speed. In this picture he had just stuffed a huge piece of fudge in his mouth that his grandma was holding out for me. It barely fit but he would not give it up.

On Finding Nemo, he wasn't to thrilled with this ride. He spent the entire time trying to climb over us and the seats. But it was a cute ride.

I think this was his favorite, it is Gadgets Go Coaster in Toon Town. He was more then tall enough for it but I was a little worried that he would freak out on it. It was his favorite ride, he went on it three times in a row. The third time he laughed the entire way. I can't believe he isn't two yet and he liked this ride. Crazy Kid!

This is the last train trip at Disneyland before we headed over to California Adventure. His favorite rides seemed to be anything with a car like Mr. Toads Wild Ride, Roger Rabbits Car Toon Spin, and Autopia. He also LOVED Pirates of the Caribbean. Every time he would get off a ride he would try to throw a temper tantrum until we got away from the ride.

We decided that Jonah needed to cool off so we took him to the splash pads in California Adventure. It was so hot out so it was nice that they have this. Jonah loves the water so he was in heaven.

Soaking wet!

Just a cute picture of Jonah walking with his Grandpa!

Some one thinks he is a big boy and he tried to run away when we were at the splash pads. Luckily his Grandma was right outside of it and chased him down. He thinks he doesn't need any help from adults.

The tram ride out of the park. He was so tired by this time. It was such a fun weekend, the parks seemed really crowded when we were walking around but the lines for the rides were only 10 to 15 minutes. The only rides that were longer then that were Finding Nemo and Indiana Jones. When we had just gotten in line at Indiana Jones (which was 45 minutes) a guy came up to us and gave us his fast passes so we only waited like 10 minutes. It was awesome. So thank you Jim and Sue for such a fun trip, we really appreciate it.
