On Tuesday me and Lisa took Jonah and her two of her nephews to the AZ Museum for Youth in downtown Mesa. Jonah wasn't really to in to the exhibits so we only spent about ten minutes looking at that stuff, during which I think some dirty little girl infected Jonah with a nasty cold. After walking through the exhibits we went over to the play area and let the kids loose. They have a really cute area for kids under two and there was only one other kid in there and it was nice to let Jonah just play with out having to keep him out of stuff.
Jonah just hamming up up for the camera. Every time he saw me pull out the camera he would smile really big.
Jonah playing with the little girl. They kept following each other around the play area and then would sit and play together for a minute. It was fun to watch him interacting with another kid his age. The little girl kept giving Jonah toys and then taking them away from him and he never cried. It was pretty cute.

Now the baby's in the hole. Me and Lisa were talking and didn't see him fall in and all of a sudden he started whining and I looked down and he was stuck. Of course I had to take a picture before I got him out.
And they had mirrors in the play area which Jonah loved. He kept looking at himself and laughing. He really needs a hair cut in the back.
Right before I took this picture Jonah and this little girl were hugging and kissed each other. It was so cute but of course my camera didn't snap the picture in time.
Afterwards I took Jonah to play at his grandma and grandpas house for a little bit.
The poor baby also has another ear infection and a nasty cold which kept me and him up most of the night last night. He kept waking up in screaming holy terror and would start coughing so bad he would start gagging. I felt so bad for him. He seems to be doing better today but all he wanted to do last night was cuddle, which is rare for him these days.
I also got his birthday party all planned now. I am so proud of myself for not waiting until the last minute on it. It should be a pretty fun time.

Sounds like a lot of fun!! He looks like he had a great time. The weekend of the party is Labor Day weekend! that will be good for us!
LOL, I love the baby in the hole picture. How his little bum just fell in there is a mystery! Sorry I didn't get to go, maybe next time.
Thanks for going with me! It was fun to be there with another adult.
