Doctors, Doctors, and more Doctors

Jonah's appointment with the ENT went pretty good. He said that Jonah definitely has alot of fluid in his ears and will most likely be getting tubes. But first he wants him to get a hearing test done to make sure that he doesn't have any hearing loss from all the ear infections. And guess what, when we took him in he has yet another ear infection. Surprise surprise!!! Anyway the nurse told us just to call the hearing place to schedule his appointment and then once he did that to call them and schedule a follow up when we will talk about the tubes. Well I called and scheduled him for the next day to get the hearing test done but when we went in they couldn't see him because Jonah's doctors office has to call my insurance to get authorization for him to be able to get the test done. So we had to go to his doctors office and give them them the info to call. I was seriously annoyed, why didn't that nurse tell us that in the first place. So now the office manager at Jonah's doctors office is working on getting the authorization for it so it will probably take another month to get anything done. Needless to say we are very frusterated at this point and can't wait to switch doctors. Also why is it that the front desk girls at any doctors office are the biggest wenches. They never have any personality and are just mean!

He was so good at the doctors office though. Normally he freaks when the doctor looks in his ears but he sat so nice and even when the doctor looked down his throat and had that tongue compress on him he sat nice and still for him. So that night Me and Andrea took him to get a treat:

Jonah fell asleep on his grandpa two nights in a row. What is it about grandpas that make kids do that. The second night he wasn't even that tired but he climbed up and they both passed out. Totally cute!!!
