I don't know why these pictures came out so small but I LOVE these two bedding collections at Anthropologie! So if anyone wants to get them for my bday next month feel free, lol. They are way to expensive to even consider buying them, but I love them. A girl can dream right?
PS if you click on the picture you can see them bigger!

Talking, A Little
Well since Jonah got his tubes back in April I hadn't really noticed an increase in him saying or trying to say that many words. The past two weeks this has changed significantly. Everyday he is learning a few new words and he can count from 5 to 9. He won't try and count from 1 to 4 but it's a start right. So off the top of my head here is a list of the things he is saying now:
Daddy, mama, Joe, eyes, nose, teeth, flipper (his grandma and grandpas dog, and he pronounces it per, totally leaves out the flip part) Aiden, grandpa (he leaves out the grand part and just calls him pa), oh man, uh oh, oh no, yes, yeah, all done, see later, bye, all right, night night, hot, juice, bottle, and please.
I know there are more but I can't think of the right now (Sue if you can think of any I left out leave a comment with them). Well I was going to post a video but it won't upload so I will try again later!

Disneyland
We had such a great time this past weekend at Disneyland. Jonah loved the rides and was such a good boy. He wasn't a fan of waiting in the lines but once he figured out that those lines got him on the rides he was a little better. We figured out the second day that if we gave him a frozen lemonade he would stand in line like a good boy and not try to get under the ropes and run away. Anyway here are a ton of pictures from the weekend:
Jonah on his first train ride around the park. He loved the train and about half way around the park we heard him going woohoo, imitating the train whistle.
Jonah's favorite TV show is Mickey's Clubhouse so he was very excited to meet Mickey. I thought he would be scared when he saw him but he just ran right up to Mickey!
While we were waiting in line for the Haunted Mansion there were two cute teenage girls in front of us and Jonah was putting on a show for them. He was totally flirting with them the entire time we were in line. People kept walking by him saying how cute he was being. The kid was cracking me up, he LOVES girls. He fell asleep right after we came out of the elevator on the ride and slept for the next few hours.
I think this was his favorite, it is Gadgets Go Coaster in Toon Town. He was more then tall enough for it but I was a little worried that he would freak out on it. It was his favorite ride, he went on it three times in a row. The third time he laughed the entire way. I can't believe he isn't two yet and he liked this ride. Crazy Kid!
Just a cute picture of Jonah walking with his Grandpa!
Some one thinks he is a big boy and he tried to run away when we were at the splash pads. Luckily his Grandma was right outside of it and chased him down. He thinks he doesn't need any help from adults.

Buzz Cut!
Jonah's hair was getting a little shaggy again so we decided to give him his first buzz cut. I have been wanting to do this for a while but I was a little afraid that he would look bad. Thankfully he is just a cute baby so he can pull it off. He did really good, no crying and just a little wiggling and he was done. We took him swimming after wards as a reward for doing so good and also to wash all the hair off of him. he looks a little older without the shaggy mop of hair, but still very adorable!!!
From the side, showing off his big ole noggin!
So I was going through some of Jonah's baby clothes that I hadn't given away to find stuff for Rachael's baby. I found this cute little outfit that I absolutely loved when he was a baby. So I decided to try it on him one last time:
Hehe, he thought he was so cute in this. I can't believe how much he has grown in such a short time.Totally adorably with a mouth full of food and his shaggy hair.

OCD
Sometimes I think that Jonah is slightly OCD. He likes things to be a certain way and if you don't put things back in the right place he will move it. At his grandma and grandpa's house there is a kiddie table and chairs in the playroom, if the chairs are not pushed up to the table he will make sure they are. If we leave socks or any clothing in the family room he will take them and put them away in his laundry basket. When we change his clothes he will automatically put the dirty clothes in his laundry basket. He will pick up his shoes and put them away in his closet. He always lines his cars up in straight lines when he is done playing with them. Just tonight I found a line of cars on the kitchen counter and my bathroom counter. He will take any trash he sees lying around an throw it away. I guess he isn't OCD he just seems especially helpful for a kid who isn't even two yet. It doesn't seem normal to me that a kid his age does this stuff. He likes to help me load the washer and dryer, and he even helps to put away the silverware in the dishwasher. I am very glad to have a kid that likes to help me get stuff done around the house. It cracks me up though to watch him help me clean.
The other night he wanted me to put my shoes on him and he walked around the house for an hour with them on. When he had them on it just made me think that some day his feet are going to be even bigger then that.

The Fourth
For the fourth we had a pretty laid back day. Jonah and I hung out at home for most of the morning and early afternoon while Joe got some work done at his office. Later in the afternoon we went to our friend Rod's house and had BBQ and played Rock band and watched the fireworks. Jonah went crazy over Rod's cat, chasing the poor cat all over the house the entire time we were there. He also had a very up and down day, one minute he would be perfectly fine and then the smallest thing would set him off in a tantrum. The next two pictures were taking like 30 seconds apart:
Very pissed off that I wouldn't let him have more pasta salad (we were leaving and he wouldn't have had time to eat it).
Then he was happy because I let him close the refrigerator door (he is a weird kid).
Later that evening we decided to see what he would think of the thread mill. He was so funny on it. He would walk from the back to the front very carefully and then drop down on his hands and knees and would let it take him to the back where Rod would pick him up and put him back on his feet and then he would do it all over again.
We went to the end of Rod's street to a park where we had a great view of the fireworks with out having to bother with the traffic. The fireworks were definitely better this year then they were last. Jonah didn't really care about them, he was so tired by the time they started. Yesterday after church Jonah got to hang out with all his cousins at his grandma's house. He loves playing with all they kids. After they left Jonah had to call his best friend (that's what Aiden calls Jonah) Aiden and chat on the phone with him. It was so cute, you could hear Aiden say something and then Jonah would talk to him in a bunch of gibberish. Also Jonah can now say Aiden and Adria, he will walk around the house and yell for Aiden. My baby is growing up so fast!!!
